Okay, so I'm absolutely obsessed with the whole Menswear thing coming through.
For the last few months, I've been really into Blazers. And now the rest of the menswear peices are "following suit"- no pun intended.
The trends are a little all over the place right now, but one clear vision I have gathered from the shows is Menswear. Full suits, including loose fitting pleat front cuffed pants, oversized blazers, and vests. And boxy shoulder coats and jackets. And I'm loving the oversized jackets being used as dresses.
The Origami look seaming and silhouettes, have evolved into box- cut masculine shoulders. But, the peices still have a soft, feminine, unstructured overall feeling.
Gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous! I'm so in love. I really need to find an oversized, dropped shoulder jacket- long enough to possibly wear belted as a dress. A little inspiration: (Satorialist street shot, Ashley Olsen, BCBG, Alexander Wang, Marc Jacobs, Isabel Marant, Yves Saint Laurent, and Michalsky.)

it's so easy to take inspiration from the likes of Ashely Olsen. Whenever I try this it turns out wrong really wrong. I really think it very lovely on other girls.
It's helps to not be built like a man. (I'm 5"9 and 160 pounds)
